Episode 1: The Night Lord Loses His FangsLucas Vane enters an underground arena as the celebrated Night Lord, boasting that no creature is faster than his fangs. He overwhelms a werewolf opponent while the crowd chants his title, but the victory is a setup. Smoke hides a larger werewolf force, and an attacker strikes Lucas with a glowing weapon. Wounded and surrounded, Lucas tries to fight back as the werewolves reveal the ambush and mock the vampire prince's confidence. Bloodied and collapsing, he reaches for the source of his power and discovers the unthinkable: his fangs are gone.
