Digital Purchases
DramaFlow sells digital coins and episode unlocks. Because digital content can be available immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally final once coins are credited or content is unlocked.
When We May Refund
- You were charged but coins were not credited.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- The purchased content could not be accessed because of a technical issue we could verify.
- Local law requires a different refund right.

Send your payment email, approximate purchase time, and transaction reference to support@dramaflow.app. We review refund requests case by case.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, access to the related wallet or paid content may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
