What We Collect

Dramofy collects the information needed to operate a short-drama viewing and coin purchase service: device and browser data, page visits, video interactions, coin wallet activity, checkout status, and support messages you send to us.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may store transaction identifiers, package details, payment status, and purchase history so that coins can be credited after successful payment, paid episode unlocks can be delivered, and support requests can be handled.

Analytics And Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand which campaigns and creative assets lead to views, checkout starts, and purchases. These tools may receive event data such as page URL, campaign parameters, device information, and conversion events.

When a first visit contains the complete, expected Meta paid-social campaign and click evidence, Dramofy may record one first-party anonymous landing receipt before you choose. That receipt does not create a Dramofy guest identity, does not include your email, wallet, payment data, IP address, or browser user-agent, and is not sent to Meta. The service statistics described below are separate. Optional viewing analytics and Meta advertising measurement remain off until you allow their respective purposes.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API remain off until you explicitly allow Meta measurement from Dramofy tracking preferences. If you consent, Meta may receive campaign parameters, page and viewing events, checkout events, purchase events, device information, and identifiers used for advertising measurement. Browser and server events share an event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them. Google advertising services, including AdSense, remain controlled by their own production and consent requirements and are not enabled by the Meta measurement choice.

Service Statistics

Service statistics are on by default for eligible server responses. We summarize request counts, HTTP errors and response times to operate the service. Daily totals are retained for at most 30 days. These totals do not contain content, episode, user, session, advertising or payment identifiers and are not sent to Meta. Request counts are not counts of people, plays or viewing time.

This separate preference uses only a first-party cookie named dramofy_service_stats, containing on or off for up to one year; it creates no measurement identity. It does not grant or change optional viewing analytics or advertising consent. As an additional product protection, Global Privacy Control keeps service statistics off.

Switching off applies to future eligible requests that carry this preference or Global Privacy Control. A first request may arrive before this browser restores an earlier viewing-analytics refusal or withdrawal; once restored, that refusal also switches service statistics off. It is never converted to viewing permission. You may separately switch service statistics on again. Past daily totals cannot be linked back to you or individually deleted; the existing deletion process for optional viewing details is unchanged.

Optional Viewing Analytics

Viewing analytics has its own choice, separate from advertising. Only after you allow it do we record visible playback observations using a random measurement identity. Ignoring or declining the choice does not affect watching or checkout. The observations do not include your account, advertising identifiers, IP address or browser user-agent, and are not sent to Meta.

Measurement identities and viewing details expire within seven days. Withdrawing stops collection and requests deletion; if confirmation is delayed, the preferences show a retry option. No playback from before your permission is added. These details are not fully anonymous. Any future safe summaries will be retained for at most 90 days, with groups below five suppressed.

How We Use Information

• Measure content performance and improve the product experience.
• Detect abuse, payment issues, fraud, and technical failures.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform requirements.

Your Choices

You can use Dramofy without optional tracking. If you later accept or revoke Meta measurement, Dramofy updates whether Meta Pixel may load in the browser and whether Meta CAPI events may be sent.
