Bale tears through a storm calling Luna's name and promising to find her through every world. In Brooklyn, Luna finishes a difficult shift, rejects her manager's advances and walks into an alley just as lightning splits the sky. A wounded stranger falls in front of her. He knows Luna's name, but when he wakes he cannot explain who he is, where he came from or why modern objects seem like sorcery. Luna calls for help, carries him home and reluctantly begins caring for him. The stranger remembers only one name: Bale. A glowing mark on his body and the arrival of Lucien reveal that the fall is part of something older. Lucien calls Bale his brother and orders that he be awakened, allowed to love Luna and then made to watch her die for the ninth time. The official series arc follows Bale's lost divinity, Luna's repeated reincarnations and the choice they must make as Ragnarök approaches: restore a throne through sacrifice or abandon divine power for an ordinary mortal life together.

Episode 1: The Man Who Fell Through WorldsBale is hurled through a supernatural storm, calling Luna's name and promising to find her even if he must fall through every world. In Brooklyn, Luna finishes a late shift while her manager pressures her to stay and hints that they can arrange something after hours. She refuses, clocks out and tells herself that one day she will leave the job for good. As Luna walks through a dark alley, a bolt of violet lightning strikes nearby. A wounded blond stranger falls from the sky and lands at her feet, turning an ordinary night into the return of a fate neither of them yet understands.Episode 2: He Already Knows Her NameThe man who fell from the sky wakes in pain and says Luna's name before she has introduced herself. Frightened, Luna reaches for her phone and starts an emergency call, but his condition forces her to make a choice. She helps the injured stranger out of the alley and brings him to her apartment, where a glowing symbol on his chest suggests that the lightning was not an ordinary accident.
